The Liupanshui Xianshuipo Martyrs Cemetery is located in the Xianshuipo of the Liangdu Forest Park, Dewu Community, Zhongshan District. The park includes a display room for the heroic record of revolutionary martyrs, corridors, and more.

The cemetery is the final resting place for 90 revolutionary martyrs, including 2 Red Army martyrs, 21 martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the liberation of Shuicheng and the campaign against bandits, 21 martyrs who died in the development and construction of Shuicheng, 8 martyrs who died for other reasons, and 38 unidentified martyrs. Notable individuals interred include Yin Ziyong, a member of the Communist Party committee of the famous Red Ninth Corps, and Feng Yude, a political instructor of the 134th Regiment, 45th Division, 15th Army of the People’s Liberation Army.

Since its inception, the Xianshuipo Martyrs Cemetery has been used by various government agencies, schools, enterprises, and military units to conduct patriotic education activities during holidays and memorial days such as Qingming Festival, July 1st, and August 1st. According to incomplete statistics, each year, more than one hundred thousand people visit the cemetery to pay their respects. The cemetery has become one of the city’s important bases for patriotic education and national defense education.
