Guizhou is the first province in China to fully integrate its local data sharing and exchange system into the national platform, with the Guizhou-Cloud platform being a crucial component of this system.

The platform is the first government cloud computing platform in the country to achieve “unified storage, unified sharing, unified standards, and unified security” for the entire province. It was among the first cloud platforms to pass the national cybersecurity review by the Cyberspace Administration of China and is the first provincial government cloud platform in the country to build a cloud encryption service. It is also one of the largest provincial government cloud platforms in China.

Under the unified sharing and exchange platform system, basic data resources and shared data resources are managed under the principle of “sharing is mandatory, not sharing is an exception.” This approach breaks down data barriers, enabling government departments to quickly achieve data sharing and exchange. It reduces the difficulty and complexity of data sharing and coordination among government departments, allowing the government, enterprises, and the public to enjoy the benefits and convenience brought by big data.
