The Siduchishui Memorial Museum is located in Tucheng Township, Xishui County, Zunyi City, at the ferry crossing where the Red Army crossed the Chishui River four times during the Long March.

The main battlefield of the Four Crossing of the Chishui River was in Xishui County, where the first, second, and fourth crossings took place, and the Red Army stayed for 62 days, the longest of any county during the Long March. On January 29, 1935, the Red Army voluntarily withdrew from the battle and crossed the Chishui River at Tucheng and Yuanhouxi, marking the beginning of the “Four Crossing of the Chishui River”.

The Siduchishui Memorial Museum displays exhibits on the two-story building. The exhibition hall covers an area of 620 square meters and is divided into two parts: the display of the war history and the auxiliary display.

The exhibition of the war history vividly reproduces the glorious history of the Red Army’s four crossings of the Chishui River, from January 1935 after the Zunyi Conference, under the leadership of Mao Zedong and others, to the great victory of strategic transfer after crossing the Jinsha River on May 9.
